Thank you for shopping with PariFlow. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message.

    Delivery Time

    Estimated delivery times are:

    • Karachi: 1–2 working days
    • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days

    Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

    Shipping Charges

    • Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 across Pakistan.
    • Shipping charges will be added at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

    However, if the delivery address is incomplete, difficult to verify, or our Customer Support is unable to confirm your order, we may request an advance payment before processing and dispatching your order.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, our Customer Support will provide your tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's delivery status.

    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

    PariFlow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

    Damaged Parcel

    If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please take clear photos or record an unboxing video before opening the package. Share the evidence with our Customer Support via WhatsApp so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

    Maximum Order Quantity

    To ensure product availability for all customers, a maximum of 6 packs is allowed per order.
